My passion
The two great passions in my work are Leadership & Team development and HR Consultancy.
I use my years of HR experience at board level to help clients further develop both the leadership in the organization as well as their HR instrument. I do that in a way so that their goals can be achieved more quickly. It gives me great joy when I see that my contribution has resulted in an organization transforming in the intended direction.
My experience
For many years I have had the final responsibility in various HR roles, both in employment and on an interim basis, in the Netherlands and abroad, with a focus on successfully transforming organizations. In addition to my interim work, I have also been working as an HR consultant for the past 15 years.
Leadership development has increasingly become an important part of both my interim and advisory assignments.
My strength
My broad background in business has proven to be of enormous value in helping organizations to further develop in the crucial area of ​​leadership.

In 2021 and 2022, I designed and implemented a leadership program together with my former colleague, Heleen Prakke. The program was completely tailor-made, so that it was exactly the answer to our client's question. And our collaboration was so inspiring and successful that we decided to further join forces.
Together we now offer in-company programs, where we use our years of experience in business to help organizations develop further.

For me, Heleen Prakke is a perfect business partner: Like me, Heleen has years of experience as an HR Director, where she has specialized in Talent Management Solutions and Leadership Development. In recent years she has been mainly active as an executive coach and trainer. The topics of talent, behavioral styles, thinking styles and personal drives are close to her heart, as is the case with me.
Together with the client, we determine what the real challenges are in the field of leadership or team development and we then design the personal leadership trajectory, the development trajectory for managers or the team development trajectory that is the best answer. We like to work together because we experience that working from differences and trust in each other produces a lot of creativity and innovation and this is reflected in the content and implementation of our programs

How we work
Again and again we experience that our shared background in business allows us to accurately assess what really works in practice and how to achieve a real transfer to work.
We use, among other things, game and exercise elements that are tailor-made and fully tailored to the context and leadership challenge of the participants. The programs are aimed at ensuring that, after gaining new insights, participants immediately decide what they will do differently the next day and how they will apply their newly acquired skills.
We are both certified and experts in DISC, Motivation Styles and Thinking Styles and have experienced that these are extremely valuable instruments for both personal leadership and team development, which provide many insights, are directly applicable and lead to immediate results.
